**Reminders and Cancellation Policy**
1° Prior to making a booking, please ensure that your nails are free from any products. Otherwise booking for Removal.
2° Make sure to select the correct treatment when your booking.
1° Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance before your appointment.
To cancel your appointment, kindly send an SMS to +45 7146-2356 or an MAIL to firstname.lastname@example.org
**PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES**
1° If you arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced by the corresponding delay, up to a maximum of 10 minutes.
2° If you are delay more than 10 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled and considered a "NO-SHOW."
And you will be charged with the full amount.
3° For "NO-SHOW" incidents and cancellations made at the last minute, the full amount of your treatment will be invoiced.
4° If you need to cancel your appointment due to medical reasons or illness, and it is less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a 50% invoice for the treatment will be charged.
5° Invoices are to be settled within 10 days.
Failure to make payment within this period will result in your case being forward to our partner Inkasso (Debit collector), with additional fees.
6° All of our clients receive a reminder via SMS or email 24 hours before to their appointment. We kindly request that you comply with our terms and conditions.
7° By making a booking, you acknowledge your agreement to our cancellation policy.
