  • To book removal first if you have anything on your nails from before.  Ex-. old gel polish or old nails extensions.

Policy Cancellation

​

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your booking.

  • You need to send a SMS to +45 2559-3188 or MAIL missnailsdk@gmail.com (to cancel your appointment).

  • If you are more than 10min delayed the appointment is automatically cancelled, (as NO-SHOW) and you will be charged an invoice with the full amount.

  • In case of NO-SHOW: If you do not attend to the appointment without cancelling; You will be charged in a invoice with the full amount. 

  • Medical reasons or illness: If you cancel due to illness less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged an invoice with 50% of the price of your treatment.

 

  • **All of our clients receive a SMS or Mail (reminder) 24hrs before the appointment. Please be kind and follow our terms.

  • **When you booking automatically you are agree with our policy cancellation.
