Cancellation Policy

POLICY CANCELLATION ​ Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your booking. You need to send a SMS to +45 2559-3188 or MAIL missnailsdk@gmail.com (to cancel your appointment). If you are more than 10min delayed the appointment is automatically cancelled, (as NO-SHOW) and you will be charged an invoice with the full amount. In case of NO-SHOW: If you do not attend to the appointment without cancelling; You will be charged in a invoice with the full amount. Medical reasons or illness: If you cancel due to illness less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged an invoice with 50% of the price of your treatment. **All of our clients receive a SMS or Mail (reminder) 24hrs before the appointment.
