Cancelation Policy

❗️❗️Policy Cancellation ​❗️ Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your booking. You need to send a SMS to +45 7146-2356 or MAIL missnailsdk@gmail.com (to cancel your appointment). If you are more than 10min delayed the appointment is automatically cancelled, (as NO-SHOW) and you will be charged an invoice with the full amount. In case of NO-SHOW and LATER CANCELLATION: If you do not attend to the appointment or later cancellation at the last minute, you will be charged in an invoice with the full amount of your treatment. Medical reasons or illness: If you cancel due to illness less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged an invoice with 50% of the price of your treatment. **All of our clients receive a SMS or Mail (reminder) 24hrs before the appointment.
